Here is my solution: Update graphics card driver. restart. start game. ALT + TAB out (Thanks to hismoom ) ALT + TAB in (Thanks to hismoom ) Mouse could be moved everywhere again. The good thing is that I was able to test it with an old graphics card driver beforehand. There is a Geforce card in my system.
