Edit2: for anyone interested I downloaded an app called Bluetooth scanner and it shows device 1 as "Unknown". So may be that's just what this icon means.Option greyed out. : r/GalaxyS7. Bluetooth won't turn on. Option greyed out. When I turn on bluetooth the toggle moves to the right but stays grey (see image below). I have tried it in safe mode and it makes no difference. I have also reset network settings, which also hasn't helped. Edit: I have factory reset the device which has fixed the Factory reset is also worth trying if the rest of the phone features work. To factory reset the device, kindly follow these steps: Step 1: Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Step 2: Press and Last Sunday, my S7 Edge connected to both vehicles with no issues. On Wed, my phone would not connect to either vehicle. My S7 Edge would not "see" the vehicles to pair/connect. I went into recovery mode and cleared cache partition, I rebooted,,,nothing. I checked each vehicle with my older device and had no issues connecting.

Tap the icon to launch Galaxy S7 Settings. Quick Setting buttons. Tap the icon to enable/disable the corresponding features. More button (for quick setting buttons). Tap the button to see all quick setting buttons (quick settings panel). This is equivalent to swipe down again in notification panel.
