Hello dear Fiat users, recently my panda cross 4x4 1.3 Multijet started to make a clonk noise and bump that can be felt even in the gear lever. This only happens at low speed (1st and 2nd gear) and also with the engine in neutral or clutch pressed. My 2020 4x4 TA is good as gold at motorway speeds, perfectly relaxed. The sixth gear helps, of course. If a 2014 has that you’ll be fine. On a broader point, the TA is a marmite engine. Plenty of power where you need it, and it suits the personality of the car. Of the four engine options the Panda’s had, it’s the one I’d choose every time.
